to be
vital assets of our company. The Logos, Names and Trademarks represents the
high level of quality that our organization builds into our products
used in mission critical communication systems. RMS INTERNATIONAL,
Srl, has a responsibility to protect its right use.
This document describes the conditions
under which the Logos and trademarks may be used. Any use that falls
outside what is outlined is strictly prohibited.
Permission To Use
The RMS INT'L
CORPORATE LOGOS and TRADEMARKS
The RMS INT'L CORPORATE LOGOS
and trademarks are generally not available for third party use unless
you are specifically licensed or authorized to use them. Permission to
use the RMS INT'L CORPORATE LOGOS and trademarks - either in
print, multimedia, specialty advertising, or on a Web site- requires
the express written permission of RMS INT'L.
To get permission to use the CORPORATE LOGOS
and or trademarks and to obtain the official CORPORATE LOGOS
artwork, e-mail . Generally, we grant permission to use the RMS INT'L CORPORATE LOGOS
and trademarks only to those companies with whom we have a
direct business relationship with us or within our "Appointed
Distributors/Importers".
RMS INT'L reserves the right in its
sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to display the Logo.
Our company may request that third parties modify or delete any use of
the CORPORATE LOGOS and trademarks that, in RMS INT.L's sole
judgment, does not comply with these guidelines, or might otherwise
impair RMS INT.L's rights in the CORPORATE LOGOS and trademarks.
RMS INT'L further reserves the right to object to unfair uses or
misuses of its trademarks or other violations.
A company may refer to the
compatibility of its product or service with our products if it is
currently licensed or authorized by making use of an appropriate
"tagline." For example, a company may say "for use
with", "compatible with", or "for" the RMS
INT'L product .
On all such materials, your company
name must appear more prominently than the RMS INT'L product name and
trademarks , the RMS INT'L or ALCAVA or AlcaPower marks should be
visually distinguished from your product name by putting it in a
different font, and/or color, and/or on a different line.
Without waiving any of its rights, RMS
INT'L does not advise others on the scope of its intellectual property
rights or review specific requests for guidance pertaining to the use
of its trademarks or product names. Therefore, RMS INT'L will not
respond to requests to review such matters, including proposed names
or titles, product packaging, advertising, domain names, marketing
materials or other collateral. If your request falls outside the scope
of RMS INT.L's guidelines, please consult your legal counsel.
Prohibited
Uses of the RMS INT'L CORPORATE
LOGO & MARKS
The CORPORATE LOGOS and
trademarks may not be imitated, or used as a design feature in any
manner.
The CORPORATE LOGOS and
trademarks must stand alone and may not be combined with any other
object, including but not limited to other Logos, words, graphics,
photos, slogans, numbers, design features, or symbols.
Neither the CORPORATE LOGOS and
trademarks nor the RMS INT'L and
trademarks name may be used in any other company name, product name,
service name, domain name, web site title, or publication title.
The CORPORATE LOGOS and
trademarks must not be incorporated or used in any manner as part of,
or in close proximity to another company's name, domain name, product
or service name, logo, trade dress, design, slogan, or other
trademarks.
The CORPORATE LOGOS and
trademarks must never appear with any other symbol or icon (except the
registered trademark symbol); contained within a box, circle, or other
shape; or combined with any other name, logo, or icon to create a
co-branded logo.
The CORPORATE LOGOS and
trademarks may not be displayed as a primary or prominent feature on
any non-RMS INT'L materials. Companies using the RMS
INT'L CORPORATE LOGO and trademarks pursuant to these
guidelines must also display in the primary and more prominent
position, their own Logo(s), business name, product names, or other
branding.
The CORPORATE LOGOS and
trademarks must never be used to represent the words
"ALCAVA, AlcaPower or RMS" in text, including in a headline,
product-name logotype, or body copy. Third parties may not
create clothing or other promotional items bearing the RMS
INT'L CORPORATE LOGOS and trademarks.
The CORPORATE LOGOS and
trademarks may not be used in any manner that might imply that any
non-RMS INT'L materials, including but
not limited to goods, services, web sites, or publications, are
sponsored, endorsed, licensed by, or affiliated with RMS
INT'L.
The CORPORATE LOGOS and
trademarks may not be used in a manner that would disparage or
minimize RMS INT'L and trademarks or its
products or services.
How to Use
The RMS INT'L CORPORATE LOGO and MARKS
The CORPORATE LOGOS and
trademarks must be used as provided by
To properly stage the CORPORATE
LOGOS and trademarks, a minimum clearance between the logo and
other elements must be maintained. The CORPORATE LOGOS and
trademarks must only appear in a horizontal position.
The CORPORATE LOGOS and
trademarks must always be accompanied by the registered trademark
symbol (®), positioned on the lower right hand corner. The
attribution clause "RMS INT'L is a
registered trademark of RMS INT'L"
must accompany use of the CORPORATE LOGOS and
trademarks. If you are simply referring to the words
"RMS INT'L", no trademark
symbol or Logotype is required, nor is the CORPORATE LOGOS
necessary. If you are referring to "RMS
INT'L ® products", the registered trademark symbol may
appear either at the upper right or at the baseline of the word "RMS
INT'L", but the CORPORATE LOGOS and trademarks or
Logotype should not be used.

product names in a plain text font and format, follow our general
trademark guidelines, and use appropriate wording such as "This
way to ALCAVA or RMS INT'L, AlcaPower, All in One" or "Click here for
more information on ALCAVA , RMS INT'L®,AlcaPower, All in One
."
