International Orders:

We welcome international orders and are quite proud to have shipped to over 70 different countries!   

While we speak English, French , Spanish and Italian only, we will do what we can to accommodate other languages . International orders are normally shipped via Postal Express.  

We will make other arrangements per your request.

Our ordering system is relatively painless.  Orders are sent immediately to us ,  by our automatic website tool , and you can check, see and tracking it  at  any moment on your desk or your home computer system.

Shipping:

Orders are normally shipped the same day, if the payment is received by 12:00 am, GMT.   Our goal is to get you your payment order as quickly and reliably as possible, however not everything is available immediately.  We normally ship by Postal Priority Mail or  Postal Express service, unless you designate otherwise.

 

Methods of Payment:

We don't have Credit Card Service  and  we need  Bank Transfer Money (t/t) or International Money Order.  Purchase orders are acceptable from approved institutions.  We reserve the right to allow your personal check to clear before your order is shipped.

Our processing bank requires that all international orders be accompanied by 5,00 Euro as per bank fee/charges.

 

All orders must be prepaid  T/T Bank Wire Transfers. You can also wire transfer money directly to us.  Personal or business checks are acceptable if they are drawn on a Bank on the European Community .  Be sure that all amounts are shown in Euro ; do not forget to add 5,00 Euro as per bank fee/charges

NOTE ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customer is responsible for all Import Duties and/or taxes that might apply.

Return Policy :

We offer our customers a no questions asked ( well, we might want to know what you didn't like about a product ) 30-day return policy.  We realize that occasionally a product will not work or you may order something that does not live up to your expectations. We want you to be happy with your purchase.  We are counting on you not to abuse this service. All returned merchandise MUST be in new condition.  When returning merchandise, please call for a Return Authorisation Number which must be on the shipping label - also, be sure to include a copy of your invoice, a phone number where your can be reached during the day, and a description of why your are returning the product. We also require all discs, manuals, registration cards, boxes and packaging materials be returned. These materials must be in new condition or we cannot accept the merchandise for return. We reserve the right to refuse for return , damaged or incomplete packages.   Batteries that have been successfully charged can not be accepted, as you have begun their 'life-cycle'. We may charge up to a 20% restocking fee for returns that are damaged or incomplete. Be sure to package your merchandise in a suitable container for shipping. The most common problem we experience is getting retail boxes that are shipped in envelopes and are smashed flat by the time we get it. A full refund CANNOT be issued for damaged merchandise. Return postage must be prepaid. Please indicate if you would like us to credit your charge card or exchange for different merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Delivery Tips

Orders placed after 1:00 pm GMT may not be processed until the following business day.   Laptop batteries can be shipped if ordered before 11:45 am GMT.  Time of delivery is based on distance and business days.

Express deliveries require a signature. For Express delivery someone will need to be at the shipping address during the day to sign and accept the packages. Packages can not be left without a signature.
