orders must be prepaid T/T Bank Wire Transfers. You can also wire
transfer money directly to us. Personal or business checks are
acceptable if they are drawn on a Bank on the European Community .
Be sure that all amounts are shown in Euro ; do not forget to add 5,00
Euro as per bank fee/charges

Return
Policy :
We offer our customers a no
questions asked ( well, we might want to know what you didn't like about
a product ) 30-day return policy. We realize that occasionally a
product will not work or you may order something that does not live up
to your expectations. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
We are counting on you not to abuse this service. All returned
merchandise MUST be in new condition. When returning merchandise,
please call for a Return Authorisation Number which must be on the
shipping label - also, be sure to include a copy of your invoice, a
phone number where your can be reached during the day, and a description
of why your are returning the product. We also require all discs,
manuals, registration cards, boxes and packaging materials be returned.
These materials must be in new condition or we cannot accept the
merchandise for return. We reserve the right to refuse for return ,
damaged or incomplete packages. Batteries that have been successfully
charged can not be accepted, as you have begun their 'life-cycle'. We
may charge up to a 20% restocking fee for returns that are damaged or
incomplete. Be sure to package your merchandise in a suitable container
for shipping. The most common problem we experience is getting retail
boxes that are shipped in envelopes and are smashed flat by the time we
get it. A full refund CANNOT be issued for damaged merchandise. Mail

Time of delivery is based on distance and business days.
Express deliveries require a signature. For Express delivery someone
will need to be at the shipping address during the day to sign and
accept the packages. Packages can not be left without a signature.
